The club lounge was a blast during my stay. It's open all day and night, stocked with coffee, tea, a microwave, fridge, and lots of board games. The rooms were impeccable. The staff, particularly Erik, were outstanding. Highly recommended!
Despite its central location, it was surprisingly peaceful.
Perfectly optimized compact rooms with a modern touch. Extremely quiet given its location, with easy access to public transit. The heated towel rack was a nice touch!
Very close to Union Square with lots of nearby cafes and restaurants. Great for walking and well-connected by public transport. Impeccably clean hotel, rooms, and amenities including a gym and breakfast area. Room cleaned daily, which was a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff, smooth check-in/out. The breakfast selection was varied, and the space could also be used for work.
The bed was comfortable, and the room, though small, was well-equipped. I had a pleasant view of City Hall and convenient access to public transport.
Proximity to the Warfield was a major plus, making it easy to walk to and from the venue. Convenient parking garage near Ikea was fantastic.
Enjoyed the loft style rooms. The self check-in was efficient and getting in and out was a breeze.
Staff were extremely attentive and addressed even the smallest concerns with care.

Loved the stylish design, location was perfect for sightseeing and very close to BART.
